I was able to fix it uploading to vimeo and adding the updated shortcode.

Since they are using a button in Revolution Slider, a class of “ryv-popup” was added as an attribute to the button.
If you go to shiftworkspaces.com and click the “Discover Now” button in the header. That will trigger the lightbox.
It is nested inside the button of the slider on the homepage. I’m using this shortcode [ryv-popup video=”https://shiftworkspaces.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/compressed_shift-video-update30.mp4?autoplay=1″%5D

Thank you for the quick response! I think I figured it out, I didn’t set the “Additional headers” to: Reply-To: [infusionsoft-email]. Once I fixed that I can see the contact in InfusionSoft!
