I’m not exactly sure what to record as it doesn’t always happen instantly.
1. Create menu
2. Browse site
3. Suddenly on page load, some of the menu items are missing
4. Check menu settings and some items are ‘blank’ titles
5. Re-create menu and go back to 2I can try get a video but could be a few minutes between creating the video and this occurring. Seems to be to do with custom links.

Hey @jeroenrotty – wow, thank you! Sorry for not realising this. Adding the image on the page’s Facebook settings via Yoast solved the issue.
RE the caching, we do use WP Engine and they have a CDN but I’m not sure of anything additional on top of that sorry! If you want me to dig for you, I’m more than happy. Just flick me a message or email.

Can you try disabling plugins one by one (or all at once if this is OK by you) to check if the issue is caused by one of them? I believe this is a standard troubleshooting step.

You could try re-installing WordPress from the updates page. While this is a fairly standard troubleshooting step, make sure you take a backup before doing this just in case.

You could do this one of two ways:
1. Change the menu structure from Admin > Appearance > Menus (you may need to create a new custom menu)
2. Change the page type itself to be a sub of another page by editing it and selecting the new parent in the dropdown.Hope this helps
