Thank you for your prompt response and valuable insights into Meta Pixel functionality. We appreciate the comprehensive explanation of the tracking system’s design, which indeed provides a holistic overview of user behavior on our website.

While we acknowledge the inherent nature of Meta Pixel to track all events, regardless of their source, our primary concern lies in the attribution of sales to ads, especially when the actual sales originate from diverse locations. Having extensive experience with Facebook Ads and a successful track record, we’ve encountered a unique challenge where sales generated outside the ad ecosystem are inaccurately assigned to our campaigns.

It’s noteworthy that our event setup in the Facebook Events Manager is meticulously configured, as evidenced by successful sales attributed to our ads.

Interestingly, our experience with Shopify stores did not present this attribution issue, emphasizing the distinctiveness of the challenge we’re currently facing.
