welp, i guess that is 2 for 2… turns out my blog had a blank custom time configuration setting… weird.
all fixed now closed
Ok, resolved #2. Moved the plugin css into the child theme css folder and altered it there. Then checked the ignore plugin css box in settings.
Still have no times showing up in the list.

More Info:
Tried a Tag cloud, but when I click on a tag it loads a thumbnail gallery with ALL the images in it, even thoughs without the tag selected.
