You wrote that you have access to Enfold and can test it on client sites. It’s a simple element: see first Post: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/color-section. I can’t describe it or help any better.

I’ve since started using a different plugin, so that issue has been resolved.

Here’s a screenshot with the plugin deactivated. The area (just a simple color section) is visible.

Here’s a screenshot with the plugin activated. The color section is simply white.

If I deactivate the plugin again, the area appears again. I hope this helps. Thanks in advance.

thank you for the quick reply. It might be easier if I could send you an email. It seems that’s not possible here. And on your website, I only found a contact form (I can’t attach images there). What’s the best way to send a message with images? You can also access my website, but it’s in German.
