Hi, This isn’t the place for Gravity Forms or Divi Support, Only for this plugin. Please contact Divi or Gravity Forms in future.
To add Gravity Forms to Divi, There are a number of ways, Most common is to add a text module and follow the prompts to add a Form,
Alternativly you can add a code module and add the shortcode with the form ID:

Ok so the fix was to disable “Remote Login” & “Redirect administration pages…”
My Sites –> Network Admin –> Settings –> Domain Mapping
Domain Options
– [Untick] Remote Login
– [Untick] Redirect administration pages to site’s original domain (remote login disabled if this redirect is disabled)After you save that, everything came back and worked.

The customiser does not show the preview window, it just spins round and round without a preview. The settings are still available to use.I have reproduced this on my local MAMP environment.
The domain is mapped, and if I access the domain, I can see the front end of the website, so there is no issue with the domain not actually being mapped to the host.
