How do I upload or attach a screenshot?

The user is listed as:

Email:
Role: Author
Posts: 0
Last Login: –

I was going to change role to Subscriber but can’t without adding an email address.

Hey, Ik retired/disabled for about 15 years and worked electrical and store management. Not related to any app or plug-in company. I just like their setup.

Same thing. I even tried logging in via Google and it just goes back to the login screen.
