Just checked again on main website.
Contact Form plugin and Getresponse plugin are activated for network. But Add contacts via Contact Form 7 on the Adding Contacts tab is still not available.
Do you have any suggestions?

The problem is almost solved.
On the hoster side during creation of subdomain just to specify the common folder public_html and activate Let’s Encrypt.
Only need to add redirect from http to https
