Same here. My Client with Role “Editor” can’t use it.
I guess it’s because this is set
current_user_can('manage_options')
So only admin are allowed.

In the previous version of 2.5.7 this was not set.

When will there be the ability to add CSS?
I mean that’s no a really complicated feature for a HTML-Plugin.
