I’ll give that a shot. Thanks.
I’m loading a csv with the year and the amount. I realized I was using a string for the amount and integer for the year after your last post. So, I changed it to where the year is a string and the integer is the amount. But, now the google chart won’t load and throws an error in the console that says, “Uncaught Error: Type mismatch. Value 2017 does not match type string in column index 0”
So it thinks 2017 is an integer and won’t load that as a string now?
Here’s the staging site: https://staging.inspiringgreater.org/
Yes. It’s the foundation assets bar chart (using google charts). There are only two columns, one is an integer and one is a string.
It actually shows fine in the data tables admin where you can see the data, but when you view the chart, it shows the thousands separator.
Sorry. I meant to say, I chose the option TO “skip thousands separator” under the settings for that particular data table. But, the thousands separator still shows up (commas show up).
When I disable Wordfence it does not resolve the issue. I’m wondering if it’s something on the server end of things instead.
It does look like that. I’m on Wordfence 7.46
I switched to learning mode at the end of last week to see if it would help and it did not, unfortunately. It’s out of learning mode now.
I will see if switching to a default theme makes a difference and report back.
I’m actually not seeing it on the live traffic tab. Does that indicate that the block is at the server level?

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Overselling ticketsWe’ve tried changing that setting to what you suggest with no luck. Do you have other suggestions?
I removed the cache plugin we were using in hopes that maybe cacheing was storing old settings. I’m hoping that will make a difference.

January 28, 2020 at 8:45:17 AM PSTI’m checking with my client to see if there were any other oversold. I thought there were four, but def the one listed which seems to be much later than the last order so I don’t think the issue has to do with timing of people ordering over each other.
