I can’t it disable too, so it’s not only you. Futhermore, fb “Share” counter shows the same amount as “Likes” counter.

The same problem here. It used to work. But now, when I press “rebuild” button nothing happens, triedd to reinstall, clean database etc.
EDIT: it doesn’t work only when I have “Advanced Custom Fields” plugin enabled!
