The snippet below is from a client site. I have not had the chance yet to review all of my client sites, but I expect to find the same error. Here is my error log entry in case it helps:

RESOLVED
Webhost whitelisted a ModSecurity rule that was preventing the plugin from running.

I am having trouble remembering the details, but it ended up being an animation setting for each of the images and I remember only that it was an odd setting, something about shadows. Experiment with the individual image settings having to do with image shadows. I apologize for not being able to remember more.

I have been setting up a new site that has the Customizr theme and the two make it much faster to get the basic setup work done. Previously, I’ve installed Customizr at least a dozen times without any problems.

In the security settings (I use iThemes Security) under WordPress Tweaks there’s a setting to disable the theme editor. Uncheck and save and all is right with the world.

Once again, I switched to another theme, I switched to the Customizr parent theme, asnd I have deactivated/activated plugins. Nothing changes anything.
I verified that the child is being loaded:

Perfect! It affects the positioning by a couple of pixels, but that’s an easy fix. Thanks!
