In reply to: Internal Server Error when logging inOk thanks. Nothing there and I tried it in 3 different browsers. I certainly appreciate your help. I don’t have the time this morning to go through your links so I’ll check them when I get more time.
I’ll call a friend and she if she can give me with some direction on a problem with one of our client sites.

I apologize for contacting a mod like this and I have a question.Why is it that I can’t ask a question anymore on the forums? I can login, rely to a thread but I can’t ask a question to get answers.

AnelinaHi Said and I apologize for the delay in responding. This issue is across the board and another warning also that this page can’t be previewed even after all the updates, checking it against other themes also.
We’re finding most of it on the Elementor Starter templates. We’re going to have to make a decision soon to be able to satisfy our many clients.
We’ve put up a few test sites with fresh template and Elementor updates and the same issues are there.

In reply to: [SquarePress] Can’t import demo files in free versionThank you again. We got it installed on a different machine than I was working on. Wasn’t a plugin conflict so it must have been something on the machine.
How do we edit the sidebars? Going to the right sidebar edit in Elementor does nothing.

When I mouse over the import file button I get this: domain.com/# (no follow)
If I click on the import file button all it does is reload the page.I installed a theme and demo files this morning on a site on the same test server with no problems.

We have many other clients using the same slider with most of them using the premium version. What are the possibilities of this same issue happening when we do their updates?
