You need to garant the android permission to send sms.
Try with another device if the problem persist.
The minimum Android version is 8.0 currently, but I’m considering setting it to 5.0
Thanks for your report. That is not an error really because it depends on the server time, but, I understand that it can be confused and I will include a label in the New Manual SMS form to show the current server time.
