Did you changed the hyperlink colors via the general settings? Yet it is not working in Outlook:

Also, do you mean it is showing the correct color you added when in Gmail but not in Outlook?

The point is that, FileBird’s core functionality is to help create virtual folders for Admin users to use in sorting files.

FileBird therefore can easily restrict its own created folders, unlike the site files which it did not create.

However, I would suggest you drop a suggestion, as our dev unit and very opened to new feature suggestions:
