As what I do is tapping on the lens, at the top right of the screen, typing nonsense words and what I get is this screenshotAlso, as you see, the error message is in Italian…

Yes I followed that documentation you linked.
Please find the pic of the themes installed. Not sure why, but today only the child theme looks active.

In reply to: [Neve] Page 404 not loadingYes, this is the 404 page I made. But if you try for a real 404 error, the 404 page loaded will be the basic one from Neve.

Thank you very much for your answer.
I want to tell how I fixed the issue, with the help of my hosting provider.
Simply I selected the PHP 7.4 version and I modified the links inside .htaccess and index.php files.
