I duplicated the event with Yoast Duplicate Post. However, the original issue preceded any duplication, appearing with the original event I created fresh.
Right, but the problem persists when only The Events Calendar and Event Tickets plugins are active, with LiteSpeed Cache plugin deactivated and all caches cleared. I set all LiteSpeed Cache plugin settings according to that page though, and deactivated LiteSpeed Cache to exclude it from consideration.
I duplicated the (now past) event that was showing on the list view (which surely should no longer show as it’s now past), then set the new event’s date to the future. Now in list view the default event shown is the past event, but it’s marked as being “Mon 20” (today’s date) with a smaller note “8th January” which is very confusing. I can click previous events to see the future event on 31st Jan! In month view the future event which is set to 31st Jan shows on the 8th Jan, and the past event doesn’t.
Perfect, thank you.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] WebP images not being createdI found the problem – the media uploads folder set in Settings > Media was set to the old path so LiteSpeed Cache was looking in there and reporting there were no unoptimised images because there were no images there.
I didn’t want to update WC as another plugin hadn’t reported compatibility with the new version. However, I see Facebook for WC plugin 2.3.5 includes a fix for older versions and this version is working fine now, thank you.
If this is the same error I’m seeing here’s some more details for support debugging:

@wfz123 My website is a company website and I’ve never had the Person or Company field set to person, therefore there can’t possibly be any incorrect value cached.
@wfz123 Mine’s already set to Organization
Any thoughts on this? It’s been 5 months now with no patch or update to fix the problem.
I set up a site to demo the problem, responded to all emails and still haven’t heard back.
This is the worst plugin support I’ve ever experienced.
Hi @alsonthakuri. Thanks for looking into this issue. Just wondering if there’s an ETA on a fix? It’s been two months now since the issue was first raised and I’ve tried engaging with your support in 3 separate places now.
Cheers. All I’ve received is an automated reply with a ticket no. I’ve checked spam folders etc and there’s nothing.
Your website doesn’t have an email address to contact and your general contact form says support queries submitted there will be ignored, so I’ve submitted the issue using your website’s support forum. Hopefully this doesn’t take us back to square one!
