I have updated the plugin and the issue with 1 and 2 has now been resolved so thank you very much for that. However, the issue in Screen shot 3 remains (Gravity Forms).

Thanks for the reply. It’s a client requirement to show the fields in my pdf. Is there a piece of code I can insert somewhere at a root level that will pull the field description?
