@chucksdg Thanks for sharing the information. When trying to navigate to your admin login page at https://mavenxrook.com.au/wp/wp-admin/, I am getting redirected to your website homepage at https://mavenxrook.com.au/.
If you take the callback URL and replace https://mavenxrook.com.au/wp/wp-admin/ with your current admin path, does this make any difference and allow you to go through Site Kit setup? If this is the correct URL and you’re still facing issues then I can look into other areas.
We may need to request a check on your site records also to ensure they don’t need amending or resetting to resolve the issue.
Hi @chucksdg, thanks for reaching out and for sharing the information you have. We have seen issues with bedrock installs in the past as you have eluded to and I will be happy to help and get you up and running with Site Kit. Please could you share the following information:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Have you tried performing a Site Kit reset? And if not, could you please perform one and try the set up once more?
- The callback URL when you reach this error message?
If you have any questions on the above then let me know. I will review the information once shared and suggest some next steps to take should there need to be any.
@figurelli No problem at all and thanks for pointing that out, I’ve now updated with the correct screenshot. Please feel free to follow this issue for updates.
Hi there @figurelli, thanks for your question on the Sign in with Google button placed on the login page. Currently, the default position for this is above the login fields as you’ve highlighted. There isn’t a configurable option for this within the module settings but I have opened this feature request for which the team can review so please feel free to follow along. This isn’t a guarantee that this will be added to the plugin but it will be reviewed.
If you are comfortable with editing the CSS styling of your site, you could also add your own styling to the button and the login page to meet your desired goal. This is highlighted here in our development document for the Sign in with Google module.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
@leandro20s Thanks for the follow up and glad to hear that the issue for you has been resolved. You’re welcome for the support and please do get back in touch if you have any further issues.
Hi @detiknasional, thanks foe opening a support topic. It’s unclear what the nature of your issue is so if you are experiencing issues with the Site Kit plugin or have any questions about it, please could you provide some more detail and I will be happy to review and help where possible.
Please also feel free to share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. I can review this to see if anything stands out from a Site Kit perspective.

In reply to: [Site Kit by Google - Analytics, Search Console, AdSense, Speed] Fumiplax020As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
Hi @biranit and thanks for your question. You can indeed limit who has access to the Site Kit dashboard data by using the dashboard sharing feature. Please read through the linked guide on dashboard sharing and how to use it and if you have any other questions or issues then please do send them my way and I will be happy to help.
@brewapl Thanks for the detailed summary and glad to hear that the exclusion is now working for you. With regards to it not working when testing from an Incognito browser, can you confirm that you are logged into your site on the Incognito tab? Any screenshot or recording you can share would be helpful. I will perform some tests on my side for this but good to know it’s working generally.
@brewapl If this is working only when using the troubleshooting plugin, this points to the issue being caused by a conflicting plugin or theme. You can gradually enable plugins back one by one to find a conflict if one exists to find the cause. Let me know how you get on with this.
@brewapl Thanks for sharing the site health information. Could you please also share the other information requested which will help us to troubleshoot your issue further. I’d also suggest following the troubleshooting steps here if you haven’t already.
I will continue to review your site health and if I spot anything I will update this topic.
Hi there @brewapl, thanks for opening a support topic with us. I’d be happy to help with your issue of blocking ads for logged in users and users who write posts. Please could I ask you to first share some additional information:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- A screenshot or recording of this happening for a logged in user so we can see this.
- Any console errors you may see when encountering this.
- Do you encounter the same when using an Incognito browser?
Let me know if you have any questions on the above and once shared I can review everything to see if anything stands out as to why this is happening.
@evolaredigital Thanks for sharing the information requested. We are limited to support for the Site Kit plugin here so any issues you have in your Analytics account can be directed to the Analytics Help Center. The experts here should be able to help you with this.
I have also noticed from checking the information shared that you don’t currently have the consent mode feature for Site Kit enabled. This is required for sites in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If this isn’t configured then users within these areas will not be able to allow consent which means site visits will not be tracked in this scenario. You can find out more on this and how to configure consent mode in Site Kit here.
Hope this helps to point you in the right direction and if you have any other questions about Site Kit then please let me know and I will be happy to help.
Hello @evolaredigital, thanks for getting in touch and for sharing lots of detail on your scenario. Sorry to hear that you’re not seeing everything that you are expecting from your Analytics. I can certainly look into this for you. To do so, please could you share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Is the issue with the Analytics data you see on the Site Kit dashboard or within your Analytics account?
- A screenshot or recording of what you are seeing currently?
Any other useful information you can share will also be appreciated. Once you have shared the information above, I can review and suggest some next steps forward for you. Let me know if you have any other questions at this time.
@leandro20s There could be an issue at server/host level which may be causing this error so I’d also advise checking with your hosting provider who may be able to highlight something.
You could also check your DNS setup as you say. Please let me know how the above checks go and if you continue to encounter this issue and I’d be happy to continue to help with the troubleshooting.
