Yep, me too. You have to go to My Products then Account List, pick the site, go to Account Details, pick Upgrade/Downgrade Hosting Account, select the Linux Hosting, hit Continue, then Save Changes.
What a procedure! I believed the hype that Godaddy was the best, but I’m starting to seriously question that especially as they call it a DOWNGRADE to Linux. How can it be a downgrade when the Windows server doesn’t work?
