You have to manually submit the sitemap. Yoast SEO doesn’t automatically submit the sitemap. You can follow the help article to submit sitemap to Google Search Console.

You don’t have to create a new sitemap for products. Once you create products, Yoast SEO sitemap will show /product-sitemap.xml in the “/sitemap_index.xml”. Also you don’t have to submit the individual sitemaps i.e page-sitemap, product-sitemap etc. Only submit the /sitemap_index.xml.

You or your developer can use the wpseo_schema_article filter to remove article:modified_time.

First, not performing the optimization process will not affect your site negatively in search results. Additionally, the optimization process will run silently in the background as content on your site is created, modified, or removed. As the optimization process makes our plugin work more efficiently, let’s look into what might be causing this on your site.

Currently, we cannot say which was the cause of this is. From time to time, we see that other site components could prevent SEO data optimization from running smoothly.

Therefore as a first step, we ask you to try the following:

1. For your site’s health and safety, we recommend creating regular backups of your website and database. This is especially important before installing, updating, or removing plugins. You can learn more about the benefits of regular backups.
2. Please go ahead and install and activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin if you don’t have it.
3. Same for the Health Check plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/. The plugin will permit you to perform a conflict check by deactivating plugins and switching themes. I just wanted to let you know that doing that will not affect your site’s SEO, and your visitors will still be able to view your site as usual.
4. Verify you have the default theme Twenty-Twenty Two. If not, please install it.
5. Go to your WordPress admin dashboard > Tools (on the left sidebar) > Yoast Test.
6. Click on the ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations,’ ‘Reset Prominent words calculation, and ‘Reset Internal link counter’ buttons. After each click, the page will reload to confirm that each reset was successful.
7. Activate the Troubleshooting Mode (TM) in the Health Check plugin.
8. In TM, activate only the Yoast SEO plugin and the default theme Twenty-Twenty Two.
9. Rerun the SEO data optimization.
10. Deactivate the Troubleshooting Mode in the Health Check plugin.

In this way, was the SEO data optimization completed?

If the issue persists, please check for JavaScript errors in the browser’s console when you perform the SEO data optimization, and it fails. For the posts which are not being insdexed, do you have enough content on the new posts?

You mentioned, “On Yoast plugin settings I see 1 ok, 1 needs improvement and 13 not analysed.” Please provide us with screenshots that highlight the issue you are experiencing. I have checked both URLs from facebook developers’ tool and noticed same title is appearing. Please check the screenshot for https and this screenshot for http

The http is redirecting to https and showing the same title.

I have checked the meta description from page source and the meta description that Google Search Engine Result Page is showing.

From the page source,the meta description is: Ηλεκτρικό μαχαίρι γύρου Gyronal 90 – Εργονομική λαβή Διακόπτης με μεταλλικό έλασμα για εύκολο πάτημα Διάμετρος δίσκου 90mm

Why Google Search Engine Result Page is showing different meta description:

We cannot fully control what Google shows in the search results. You can set a title and meta description, but in the end, Google decides. Occasionally, Google chooses another meta description or changes the title for you.

That being said, you should still put any effort into writing those. Although there’s no guarantee, they offer you the chance to shine in the search result.
