Zuver, WordPress help

Hello.
I currently have a WordPress.com website but I now need to add a Woo commerce plugin which I know I can’t do so I need to either transfer my site to a wordpress.org site and self-host it via Zuver (already purchased)

OR

Start again with a wordpress.org site. (but I don’t understand how I can do that)

Neither of which I understand or know how to do.

Can anyone here speak Muggle and dumb it down for me (a mere mortal in the land of tech and websites) and tell me how I can make a self hosted wordpress website?
