    Hi,

    When the number of comments increases under a Wall Youzify Activity Post, it pushes the previous activity post way down. Is there a Youzify Wall Activity adjustment to make comments collapsible ?

    Hi @mbaysf

    Please follow the next steps to identify the problem:

    • Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
    • Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    • Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).

    Thank you for your response. I have done above steps, no change in the behavior. Comments keeps adding up and no collapse/expand functionality.

    Is there a feature already implemented or this is a known issue and we need to add a script as mentioned in the link above ?

    Could you please share a screencast or video recording of the issue? This will help us better understand the problem.

    As for the custom feature you mentioned, it will require a new script. If you choose to purchase the Pro version, you can request this feature through our support forum, and our team will create it for you at no additional cost.

    So, you know what I am referring to as you already said collapse/expand of comments is not available in free version ? Is that right ? I am not able to upload a picture here. If you post comments to a wall posting in free version, you will see the behavior of the comments. This is your software, so I am assuming you already know how it behaves. It doesn’t collapse. If there 10,000 comments for a wall post (status post, whichever name you use), then the next status post will be 10,000 lines below, possibly 5000 pages away. Make sense ? Are you able to visualize now ?

    Yes, I understand the feature you mentioned.

    However, the collapse and expand comment feature is not available by default. This functionality can only be implemented using a custom script, which is exclusively provided to Pro version users.
