[] You've been added! email

Hi everyone, I am experiencing an issue with the user invite email. When I add a new user from the “Add New Directory Authentication User” page, it sends an email to the user, but the subject line of the email reads:

[] You’ve been added!

It would be great to have the square brackets removed, it doesn’t seem right.
