    Hi there,

    I’m getting following message (see further down).
    Thank you for any pointer for solving this error.

    Best, Larry

    Your website has a technical problem.
    WordPress version 6.8.2
    Active theme: Lawyer by Osetin Child (version 1.0.0 based on parent theme v. 2.1.3)
    Current plugin: NinjaFirewall (WP Edition) (version 4.7.5)
    PHP version 8.1.33

    Error details
    ========
    An error of type E_ERROR occurred on line 18 of the file /var/www/vhosts/dr-simone-rappel.de/staging.dr-simone-rappel.de/wp-content/plugins/ninjafirewall/lib/class_mail.php. Error message: Cannot declare class NinjaFirewall_mail, because the name is already in use

    Does that problem occur often or just once?
    Do you have other websites with NinjaFirewall, installed on the same vhost/account?

    Hi there,

    thanks for your reply. The problem has occurred once, afaik. And there are many others websites installed with NFW on the same vhost, in this case the live site and the staging site.

    Maybe the version of NinjaFirewall from the live site is also loaded when you load the staging site, i.e., if the former in located inside a parent directory. That can happen on certain hosts, when you are running NinjaFirewall in Full WAF mode from a “.user.ini” or “php.ini”.
