XML feed: Could not get feed info.

hello my website generage feed file display this error :

but the uploads is writeable and I checked the pinterest-for-woocommerce-9YpeV3-tmp.xml file
it only this code

and I copy the website file to local PC test (wampserver environment) .it also display the same error.
