Wrong default og:image URL

I’m using last version of Yoast SEO and if I set the default og:image from Yoast SEO setting a wrong url is added to the og:image tag in the web page:

https://www.siteurl.it/www.siteurl.it/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/default-cover.jpg

www.siteurl.it is repeated twice and generates a 404.
