“Written by” text is missing a space

Hello, the easiest way to describe my issue would be to direct you to the linked page. At the end of each post, there is the author information in the form of:

Written by[author]

As you can see, there is a missing space between “by” and the author name field. I would much rather remove this completely, though if not possible, at least add the missing space.

However, I can’t find any setting to hide or edit this post footer.
