Wrap YouTube video code

Hi!
Great plugin and it’s working really fine until now! I’m just making some adjustments to upgrade it. I’ve got one question, and I couldn’t find it in other posts. My theme demands that Youtube embed videos come like this:

https://www.youtube.com
</div>

Is is possible to force it/rewrite using WPematico while importing new posts?
