Does Poe support injection of HTML structure from other plugins?
It works fine in the footer.

Since Poe is a block theme, it doesn’t control the output of HTML at all – that’s all handled by WordPress itself when Poe is active. You should ask WPML for clarification if they support block themes/Full Site Editing. If they do, WPML will work with Poe as well.
