We have observed the same issue on our end and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. It appears that the name fields are being mapped correctly, but the data is not being received on the GiveWP side, while the dollar amount is being sent correctly. Here is a video of our test: video. Also, I noticed the multi select radio button field and a single item input field are not available to map to GiveWP.

In my recording I show you the two fields in WPForms and then the mapping in Bit, but the two fields are not listed. I would want to map them to the Pruchase Value field in GiveWP. Is this possible?

Thank you! The first and last name fields are now mapping and showing in my GiveWP Donor area.
However, I do not see the other issues resolved. I have two fields in WPForms; one is a single text field and the other is a multi select radio button field. These two fields do not appear in the drop down to select when setting up field mapping in Bit Integrations. See image links.
Is there a reason why these fields don’t appear for me to select? I do see other fields, such as the credit card field and a paragraph field.

Hello again. I am just checking if you saw my last post here, and if you could confirm if the updates have been made. Those fields are critical for the site I am helping, and I think they are standard input fields, but just not being shown in the available options.
