The wp_trp_dictionary_en_us_ne_np table contains all the translation from the original English (United States) language to the translated Nepali language.
It’s possible that you have duplicate entries in your database. You can use the Remove duplicate rows option from TP Settings –> Advanced tab –> Debug –> “Remove duplicate rows” and click on “here”.
You can use all the available remove options, but considering the table you mentioned, the one you need to use for sure is the “Remove duplicate dictionary rows” one.
