Hi @pako69,
Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate the issue on my end. Can you please provide a screenshot or a screencast showing the exact error and its location? This will help us replicate it on our end and guide you with a precise solution.
Kind regards,
Aradhy 😊I get the same warning.
Hi @and_or,
As per this forum guide, I would ask you to please start your own thread. You can cross-link it to this one, so we are aware of both. Additionally, as I have mentioned that I am unable to replicate the issue, it would be helpful if you could share the steps to replicate it or a screenshot highlighting the exact error and its location.
Kind regards,
Aradhy 😊Hi Aradhy, not intended to hijack the thread. Just confirming the issue 🙂
Meanwhile I had contact with WP-Rocket and apparently the notification is caused by this setting:
– This WP Rocket admin notice shows because the plugin: Custom fonts, has a function called “Preload fonts” for all fonts –Hi @and_or,
Unfortunately, I am still unable to replicate the issue on my end. Maybe it will be better if you can reach out to us via our Support Portal so that we can have a closer look at it.
Kind regards,
Aradhy 😊Hi, I contact https://brainstormforce.com/contact/
and he confirms that using WP-Rocket ‘preload fonts’ is not compatible with your own ‘custom fonts’ plugin, so we need to disable WP-Rocket ‘preload fonts’.
Hi @pako69,
Thank you for your message!
I’ve checked the ticket (#836371), and it seems the issue stems from a conflict between the preload fonts feature of both plugins. As mentioned in our response on the ticket, we recommend disabling the preload fonts function on our end to allow WP Rocket’s preload feature to handle it properly.
I hope this clears things up! Feel free to mark this thread as resolved if your query has been answered.
Kind regards,
Aradhy 😊Yes, but the problem is that Elementor’s custom fonts are not available in Appearance, Customization!
Hi @pako69,
In that case, I would recommend replying back on the same ticket as this would require us to have a closer look. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide screenshots for better clarity.
Kind regards,
Aradhy 😊I already got an answer: Elementor’s custom fonts are not accessible in Appearance, Customization because you consider Elementor to be a third-party tool...
Too bad 🙁
Hi @pako69,
Elementor manages its custom fonts separately, and since it functions as an independent builder, those fonts aren’t accessible through the Customizer.
That said, if there’s something specific you’re trying to achieve with those fonts, it would be best to reach out to the Elementor support team.
Kind regards,
Aradhy 😊Hi @pako69 ,
It’s been a while since I posted my response, and we haven’t heard from you since then.
I am marking this thread as
Resolveddue to inactivity. Feel free to start a new thread if there’s anything else related to this plugin, we can help you with.Kind regards,
Aradhy 😊
