Wp Query or Loop example needed

I’m having trouble using the loop or wp query, I’m getting PHP errors. There will be two loops on the page I am doing this on.

Can someone give me an example of a loop that calls on two categories, and only calls on the featured image, URL and Title of the post displayed in an H1 tag?

For clarification, just the title displayed in the H1 tag.
