wp plugin: better handle <code>

this is a simple plugin. it might have already been done before.. since it’s easy to write.. i didn’t look too deep into it. so if you’ve seen it before well it’s a repeat.
It just replaces all the < and > in the text between your and to &lt; and &gt;. So the code SHOWS UP 🙂 It also applies to <pre>
