@sohilvahora96 Unless your topic contains a link to an adult site (pornography), do not flag your topic as “Not Safe For Work”.
It is not flag for an error, it is a warning that your topic may contain an “adult” link.
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out! Could you let me know who your hosting provider is? This type of issue has been reported to us in the past, and it’s always a case that the hosting provider is deleting the plugin without informing the user.
Our plugin does not contain any “self-destruct” code so I have to recommend reaching out to your hosting support to verify if they are deleting our plugin in your account.
In some cases, even if they deny taking this action, as soon as our customers reach out to the hosting support the problem mysteriously goes away.
Hopefully they confirm they are the ones doing this, let me know how it goes!
Thank you!
Hi @jbgupdraft
I’m using “GoDaddy” hosting provider.
Hi @sohilvahora96!
Could you try checking your site’s PHP error log for any entries related to WP-Optimize?
If none is found, reinstall the plugin and check the error log at intervals.
If the plugin is removed once again, reach out to your hosting provider like @jbgupdraft suggested, explaining the issue and confirming why the plugin is being removed.
In addition, ask for details regarding the error(s) for which our plugin is being flagged.
Let us know what you find.
Regards.
