WP Multisite compatible

    We just switched all of our company websites to an install of WP multisite. I’m having issues with Locatoraid. The plugin shows network installed and activated. On the one site where it was in use, the dashboard isn’t functional. There is a Locatoraid menu item in the admin menu, but it just links to the Locatoraid Pro upgrade page, no dashboard controls are showing.

    The plugin is still doing its job on the front end, showing all the previously created locations, but I can’t add or edit locations.

    1) Is the Locatoraid plugin WP multisite compatible?
    2) If not, is the PRO version WP multisite compatible?

    Hello,
    I’m sorry for not replying sooner. A possible reason for this issue is the current user rights, a user should be an Administrator. Maybe that current user is of a different role in that site?

    Hello,
    most probably this must have something to do with the current user permissions on this site. Is the current user an administrator of this site? If not please try it with the network admin login, it should see all available Locatoraid menu options, then go to Locatoraid, Configuration, Roles. Select WordPress user roles that should be Locatoraid administrators on this site.
