wp-login.php 404

Hello,

I have used your plugin on a few sites and love it. Today I was doing the handoff for a new site and so setup everything and for some reason I cannot login /wp-login.php and /wp-admin as they are coming back as 404 errors. Any ideas on what setting I might have hit to do that? I am very careful to make sure that the admin does not have any restrictions, and I only lock 100% down everything lower then editor.

So, my immediate need is to get back into the admin area so I can reset things.
It would be nice if there was a warning if you disabled something that would kill all admin login access for all users.
