WP External Links – Incorrect Translation Loading

I am using the WP External Links plugin, and I noticed a debug warning in WordPress 6.7.0. It seems that the plugin attempts to load translations too early, which triggers the following error in the debug log:

[18-Mar-2025 08:14:29 UTC] PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly.
Translation loading for the wp-external-links domain was triggered too early.
This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early.
Translations should be loaded at the init action or later.
