WP CSV Include/Exclude Fields not working

I am trying to customize the export file to export my events (I’m using the Events Manager Pro plugin), so I added field tags into the Include/Exclude fields. However, none of them are showing up, and now when I try to export a file, even after I cleared the Include/Exclude fields so that all fields would show up again, only the wp_ID, wp_post_date, and wp_post_title fields show up on the exported csv.
At this point, I don’t even care about excluding fields-I can manually hide or delete the columns in the csv file after downloading. But I can’t seem to get all of the fields back.
Please advise. I’ve tried clearing the wordpress cache, browser cache, and deactivating, deleting, and reinstalling the plugin.
