It looks that your page has country restrictions so that is isn’t available for not logged in users and users outside the country also cannot see chat widget/ facebook page.
This should be your page https://www.facebook.com/2514216962135273, but check that it is not available
Please remove those restrictions and try test chat widget again

Please try these steps:
1. Disconnect the page
2. Log out of FB
3. Log in to FB
4. Connect the page
1. Go to Appearance -> Theme (or Theme Editor)
2. Find on the right panel Theme Header (header.php)
3. Paste in between <head> and </head> tags

Also, please edit locale of the Pixel sdk, since it is connecting to en_US, but chat widget to it_IT https://monosnap.com/file/9Q8sfsJoaopwgQQi2eHdrK2AARybkb

I have just tried to install the new WP Chatbot version 4.2 and I am getting the following errors:
API communication error. Unable to MM Only State
Uh oh. Your WP-Chatbot setup is incomplete!
I have uninstalled and even tried to install an older version without luck.
I have created the App, Whitelisted the website and confirmed page ID: 2224599177864923
Assistance would be appreciated as this would be an awesome addition to my website.
