Worst support or non at all!

Plugin causing huge issues with server null agents as a payment header. Having had issues since being forced to move to Smart Checkout and charging extra commission payments arrive in account but Woo Commerce shows them as pending payments which impacts operations and stock levels. Reached out to Viva on 08/05/25 and still no resolve! In fact for past week there has been zero communication after attempts to email and call. Crazy how Viva can get away with this! A forced change for more commission and causing major issues with the site. Time to move away for sure!
