    I generally don’t have issues with this plugin and I assume it’s working well to protect my site from hackers.

    The only issue I have is that time to time it locks me out although I KNOW for a fact that I haven’t attempted to login unsuccessfully several times.

    It possibly would have been better to just ask in the support forums rather than giving the plugin a lower review because you don’t understand what’s going on. It’s difficult to diagnose the issue based on this happening randomly and the fact that no one else has ever reported this behavior.     Just to update, the issue was that her host is configured so that all traffic appears to be coming from the same localhost ip address, so when one person got locked out everyone did.
