Working well, efficient support

It is working as advertised.
Make sure you select “Check this box to have a basic report sent to your site’s admin address” in the Settings tab, so you will get an email in case of error (my backups were failing but not because of the plugin, rather because the Google Drive was full).
The support is quick and efficient.
