WordPress user Gravatar is missing when installing Yozify Pro

Hi!
I have the pro version, but I purchased years ago – and never got to use it until now.
When I install Yozify, all the gravatars from the WordPress settings turn gray.
This also happens on front-end for our 10k members.. Forums look bad for all those members that haven’t uploaded a custom profile photo yet.How can I sync, or keep the gravatars from WordPress settings, until the user uploads their own to buddypress?
This also seem to slow down the loading of the site, as it looks like wordpress is looking for the avatars, but can’t find them, and then your plugins takes over and shows them the gray one.
How can I resolve this?

We would love to help but for this issue, we need to check it directly through your website back-end and it will need login access. Unfortunately, on this Free support forum, we are not allowed to ask for login access.
There are 2 solutions we suggest to you.
1. You may keep using Youzify avatar system and disable the Gravatar
2. Or if you still want to use Gravatar, you may renew your support license so you can access our Pro support forum. Our agents will check this further to find a solution.
