WordPress HTML Block HELP

Hi guys i really need help, im a newbie. i need to split this text up so i can add a block in the middle.

not even sure if im in the right place for help, but im desperate.

 

i just need to add a block so i can set an ancho in the middle of this text but dont know how to break it up?
