Hi – I logged into my wordpress admin panel and everything looked normal until I went to install a new plugin… then I got an error banner at the top of the page that says:

    `WordPress database error: [Table ‘dbgynkxvswaegm.wp_frmt_form_views’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT COUNT(ip) FROM wp_frmt_form_views WHERE ip IS NOT NULL AND ip != ” LIMIT 1

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/pepakenhautw.com/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php:1519) in /home/customer/www/pepakenhautw.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6362`

Here’s an image of the error I’m getting:

So I realized that this error comes up when I installed Forminator plugin, and went away when I deleted Forminator.
