Hi,

We’re using the latest version of the plugin and was activate for quite some time, however, today, the site crashed and displayed a WordPress critical error.

I deactivated it and this resolved the critical error message. When I reactivated it, the message came back.

Can you take a look to see what might be causing it?

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

The fatal error will trigger a debug.log line, could you please enable the debug mode following this guide https://wpmudev.com/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/

Then enable the plugin again, the same issue is going to happen, but this time check the wp-content > debug.log file, download it and upload it to Google drive then share the link here.
