WordPress 5 block cannot be edited

Hi all,

Since upgrading to WordPress 5 and the blocks structure of pages, I have an image that is stuck on the home page. I can’t find anywhere to edit it.

The image is the small low resolution FOMA logo, above “Welcome to FOMA“.

Any ideas?
