Hi,
This may mean that you updated the plugin in the middle of a running scan — it can cause unusual errors, as files in the list to scan will suddenly be gone during the update. If you still see this after running a new scan, can you let us know?

@wfmattr , it’s also appearing on our website and we’re quite unsure if the scan is running while we did the upgrade.
Any workaround that we can do without uninstalling the plugin? Thanks
@venfrancis: This should generally be ok. We’ve seen this on a few sites since then, and it looks to be that the config.php file is in the middle of being updated during a scan, which is ok. The dev team should be able to prevent the message in a future version, but I don’t have a date for when that may be yet.

Just wanted to share that I’m getting this warning as well.
